Invoice # 765 Sally, Order received today, 3/19. My order was for 4- SAPP204-12 3/4" stamped steel pillow blocks with collars. The mounts are marked PP204, the bearings are marked SA205-16, 1" ID. I'm very disappointed that on my first time ordering from your company that I receive the incorrect parts. Please advise how you wish to fix this. My project is now on hold. MR KRAUSS, THE CORRECT BEARINGS HAVE BEEN SENT AND A RETURN LABEL HAS ALSO BEEN SENT, THE DAY I WAS NOTIFIED. I APOLOGIZE FOR THE INCONVENIENCE. I HOPE YOU WILL NOTE THAT WE TOOK CARE OF THE PROBLEM IMMEDIATELY AFTER BEING NOTIFIED. R. Krauss
