RETURN POLICY AND CREDITS

SAS Bearings is responsible for shipping the correct product as requested by our customers. Should an error occur in the shipment of the requested bearing, either by incorrect bearing size, quantity or address, we will rectify the order with the correct parts, or whichever shipping error may have occurred.

Should shipping errors occur, created by customer error, there will be a 15% restocking charge and shipping costs will be retained by the customer. We suggest using the same method to return the item, as was used initially, as they are usually the least expensive, however, the customer may choose any preferred means. Credit for parts will be issued minus restocking charges, if incurred.

There is a tracking number issued with most shipments. PLEASE retain your tracking numbers. Should there be a discrepancy or delay of a shipment, we ask that the customer contact the shipper (either USPS, UPS or Fed Ex) and request tracking of the items PRIOR to contacting us. If you have chosen to insure the item for more than the maximum published insurance of each carrier, you can file directly for the cost of the items and the shipping costs. There are limits for each carrier, so please contact them for these limits. Any additional costs, above the carrier’s published insurance, if not insured, will not be covered by SAS Bearings.
